MCC Somers Handicap Race Sunday 19th October
The club were blessed with near perfect Spring weather albeit a little bit windy.
On the day it was great to see all grades racing and the bunch coming together towards the end of the last lap with the exception of the first group to roll out.
The exciting sprint finish saw Dean Phillips take 1st place, with Emil Foller in 2nd and Matt Leonard taking out 3rd place.
Andrew Carpmael has put together a ripping 6minute video of what he saw on the day, we cannot vouch for his taste in music though.

Over the weekend we will be migrating the Website to a new hosting service as the current one is “so so limited” in what we can do, as a result we will be changing the URL to www.www.morningtoncyclingclub.com.au it is not functional right now but will be come Sunday.

Mornington Cycling Club caters to all categories and ages of riders. We run training clinics, workshops and provide coaching support.
The club currently conducts road & time trial races. Social events are arranged for club members throughout the year.
All members are licensed to race by the peak body in Australia being Cycling Australia.
